Process

HILT CONSTRUCTION is a full service remodeling company and has been in operation since 1978. We supervise and coordinate all phases of construction and will work with homeowners who want to complete a portion of the work themselves. We also provide unique designs to suit individual needs and most importantly, we show respect for our clients and their homes. We strive to be the best remodeling contractor in the Bay Area and look forward to working with you on your project.

Here is a model to show how our process works:

  1. We talk about your needs, wants and desires over the phone
  2. Schedule an in-home consultation
  3. We go over your needs, wants and desires in detail
  4. We’ll work up a preliminary design, cost and timeline
  5. If agreed upon, we enter into a contract for the design, working drawings and construction cost
  6. After drawings are complete, we apply for the building permits
  7. When permits are issued we begin construction
