Outdoor instruction area with Canopy Sun Shade, Solar Panels, Windmill, Planting Areas. Cold Applied Liquid waterproofing the entire raised roof deck. Covered Egress walkways, Irrigation system for planting. Extend Electrical & Gas service from cellar to rooftop.
