The scope involves complete interior and
exterior restoration of the tower. Work consist
- exterior chemical cleaning, exposed
aggregate (early concrete) patching, top two
level and tower bottom buttress precast
panel replace-ment matching original profiles,
crack repairs, bronze restoration, top pyrex
block light bulb
