Work Descriptions: Historical Renovation to upgrade Monument plaza. The scope of work includes completed demolition of existing plaza and rebuild with new drainage system, lighting and granite stone paving to match the existing monument wall. In addition, the granite plaza walls were restored by cleaning with JOS system, Dutchman repairs and complete pointing to match. Added new handicap ramp with tamperproof s.s. railings and granite veneer. Front granite step entrance was demolished, salvaged/repaired existing stones, new concrete foundation, and reinstalled the restored steps.
