Removal and reinstallation of parapets with terracotta copings. Removal and replacement of roofing systems. Repointing face bricks. Remove and replace courtyard exterior lightings. Remove and replace all roof drains and vent pipes. Remove and replace exterior basement wall waterproofing system including excavation and backfilling approximately 15 feet deep.
